Tell us whether the material is on cassette, vinyl or another carrier, and whether it has any visible damage. A photograph of the label can be useful if you remove private names or information you do not need to share. Please do not send sensitive audio files in a first enquiry.
Explain the intended use and who can authorise the transfer. We discuss suitability, the limits of playback and the file handover before accepting physical material. Collection, return and secure delivery arrangements are agreed directly rather than inferred from a general enquiry.
